Part Time Office Assistant - Woburn, Mass
Summary:
~ Assist HR Supervisor in all aspects.
~ Issue/create
temporary and permanent badges for field employees and
sub-contractors.
~ Responsible for mailing out all uniforms needed in
the field.
~ Help out and attend job fairs when needed
~ Perform carious HR functions including mass mailings
and event planning as needed
~ Perform general clerical duties such as answering
phones, filing and faxing
Requirements:
~ Prior office
assistant experience desired
~ Proficient
in Microsoft Word & Excel
~ Bilingual (English & Spanish) needed
~ Must be extremely organized and work well under pressure

Summary:
~
Monitor assigned locations and insure quality control
expectations are met.
~ Monitor chemical
and supply usage in assigned locations.
~ Insure that all schedules are in accordance with Whelan's
International contractual obligation.
~ Insure that all employees are properly trained and
are aware of the required duties they are expected to
perform in their locations.
~ Review all employees performance with Area and Regional
manager staff.
~ Complete all quality control programs in accordance
with Whelan's International quality control guidelines,
and report findings to their supervisor.
~ Report any sub standard issues or loss prevention
issues to their supervisor.
~Complete and mail in all work orders to Whelan's International
corporate office in accordance to payroll cycles.
~ Follows in both letter and spirit the Whelan's International
Co., Inc. policies, procedures and processes.
~ Completes special projects as assigned.

Area Manager - Janitorial

Summary:
We are looking for an Area Manager that will recruit, train, coach, review and direct subcontractors. Set performance standards, assess performance capabilities and upgrades staff as needed to achieve a high performance team. Takes immediate action to ensure appropriate upgrading occurs where performance is below standard. Experience with hardwood floor is required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Must have a sense of urgency regarding all work and the condition of the stores.
Insures that all company policies and client procedures are understood and followed by all employees and subcontractors. This includes loss prevention and sexual harassment policies.
Trains and/or re-trains existing employees and subcontractors.
Requirements:
~
Must have strong working knowledge in hardwood flooring
and carpet
~ Must be able to communicate managers' needs to corporate
office
~ Travel to surrounding areas with own transportation
~ Must be able to manage multiple tasks
~ Proficient in Word/Excel
~ Bilingual required (English/Spanish)

~ Sweeping, vacuuming, damp mopping as needed.

~ Cleaning of doors and mirrors.
~ Cleaning the lunch area, sweeping and mopping if needed.
Disposing al all trash
